Rene Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and contract management, currently serving as the Commercial and Contracts Head at Manila Water since November 2014. In this role, Rene has also held positions such as Consultancy Framework Manager, Contract Manager, Value Assurance Team Lead, and Headline Program Manager. Prior to Manila Water, Rene worked as a Project Manager for Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company, Inc. and Impsa Malaysia, contributing to significant projects including the North Mindanao Import Facility. Additional experience includes roles at IMPSA Construction Corp., People's Asia Pacific Construction Corp., and Fahrenheit Inc., where Rene consistently demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering and project leadership.
