Donna Strahan

Donna Strahan is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades in various HR roles, currently serving as the National Human Resources Manager at Manildra Group since September 2016. Responsible for a wide range of HR and safety services, Donna excels in organizational development, employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety. Prior to this role, Donna held multiple positions at Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd Australia, including Human Resources & Training Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed training design and facilitation, HR functions for over 500 employees, and workers' compensation management. Earlier experience includes serving as the National HR Advisor for Rondo Building Services, where human resource functions were introduced across Australian and New Zealand branches. Donna holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and has obtained several other qualifications related to workplace health and safety and management.
