Kirsty Beavon has a diverse and extensive work experience background. Kirsty served as the Head of Government and Corporate Relations at the Manildra Group, a family-owned Australian agribusiness focused on developing innovative products. Kirsty was also the Parliamentary Chief of Staff for the Hon Bob Katter MP, where they represented local interests and acted as a spokesperson, lawmaker, debater, and ombudsman. Additionally, they worked as a paralegal at Patane Lawyers, providing support in debt recovery, commercial litigation, and insolvency.

Kirsty Beavon completed a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management at Monash University in 2009. Kirsty then attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from 2009 to 2011. Kirsty further pursued their legal education at QUT and completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies in 2011.
