Tom Coulter

Tom Coulter is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process management and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as a Process Manager at Manildra Group since August 2020, Tom has previously held significant roles, including Lead Process Engineer at Prudentia Process Consulting and Senior Process Engineer at City West Water, where major remediation projects were implemented for a recycled water treatment plant. With a background that includes serving as a System Engineer - Petrochemicals at The Linde Group and a Senior Process Engineer at Logicamms, Tom has demonstrated expertise in project implementation, process design, and operational management. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Extractive Metallurgy from Murdoch University, completed in 2004.
