Madhur Gopal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, and Botany from Kurukshetra University from 1995 to 1999. In 2000-2001, they pursued an MBA degree in Healthcare Management from ITM Group of Institutions. Later, Madhur attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2009 for a GMP degree in Marketing. In 2010-2011, they completed an Advanced one-year Program in Strategic Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
