Navin Pascal

Navin Pascal has a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in the healthcare industry. Navin began their career at Fever 104 FM, where they served as the South Head from 2007 to 2012. Navin then joined Fortis Healthcare as AGM of International Marketing, where they were responsible for market share, revenue, profitability, growth, and brand image in international markets. Navin worked at Fortis Healthcare from 2012 to 2016.

Navin then joined Aster DM Healthcare as the Zonal Head for the Middle East and South Asia from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they joined VPS Healthcare as Head of MVT from 2018 to 2020.

Currently, Navin is working at Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, where they have held various roles. Navin started as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2020 and was promoted to Hospital Director in 2024.

Navin Pascal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from St Joseph's Arts & Science College from 1996 to 1999. Navin then pursued a postgraduate degree in Marketing & HR, completing a PGDM from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration from 2005 to 2007. Furthermore, they completed their 12th grade studies in Science at KV MEG & Centre from 1984 to 1999.
