Rob Schumann

Rob Schumann has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on project management, performance analysis, and maintenance strategies. Since 2005, Rob has served as a Senior Project Manager at Manitoba Hydro International, overseeing project coordination, control, and quality assurance. Prior to this role, from 2001 to 2005, Rob worked as a Performance Analyst at Manitoba Hydro, where responsibilities included analyzing the 3800 MWatt HVDC transmission system equipment and recommending performance improvements. Earlier in their career, from 1998 to 2000, Rob was a Reliability Centered Maintenance Specialist, tasked with implementing the RCM program at three HVDC Converter Stations.
