Sean Lehmann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean began their career in 1998 as a Local Area Network Support at Winnipeg School Division, after which they worked as a Y2K Project Lead at IBM for a few months in 1999. In the same year, they became an IT Security Specialist at MLCC. In 1999, they also worked as a System Administrator at Winnipeg School Division.

From 2001 to 2010, Sean held various roles at Ceridian Canada, including Senior Security Analyst, Manager of Corporate Governance, and Director of Corporate Governance. In 2010, they worked as an Independent Consultant at PCGI Consulting Services.

From 2011 to 2017, Sean served as the Manager of Security Compliance and Risk at Manitoba Public Insurance. In 2017, they joined Manitoba Hydro International as the Director of Information Technology.
