Ryan McGinn

Ryan McGinn has a diverse work experience. Ryan is currently working as the Training Quality & Knowledge Management Lead at Manitoba Hydro since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 24-7 Intouch from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Training Manager and Operations Manager. In these positions, they led a team of trainers, managed customer service agents, and was responsible for recruitment and training. Before joining 24-7 Intouch, Ryan worked as an EAM Trainer at Manitoba Hydro from 2016 to 2017, where they taught Enterprise Asset Management software. Ryan also has experience as an English Language Teacher at Mingde Middle School, Lertlah Elementary School, and JungChul Eng Academy.

Ryan McGinn obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Stream from the University of Manitoba between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from The University of Winnipeg, completing their studies in 2007. Ryan has also acquired additional certifications, including a Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci (expected in 2023) and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (expected in 2022).
