Ryan Ward

Ryan Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Ryan started their career as a Plant Engineer at 3M in May 1999 and worked there until January 2001. In January 2001, they joined Manitoba Hydro as a Mechanical Engineer and worked in that role until September 2006. Ryan then progressed to become a Project Manager at Manitoba Hydro in October 2006 and eventually became the Manager of the Project Management Centre of Expertise in April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Project Management at Manitoba Hydro, starting in August 2022.

Ryan Ward attended the University of Manitoba from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ryan also holds additional certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
