Love And Logic Facilitator at MANITOWOC PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT

Todd R. Hadler currently serves as a High School Counselor at Manitowoc Lincoln High School since August 2021 and has been a Love and Logic Facilitator with the Manitowoc Public School District since August 1998, training over 200 teachers in essential classroom skills. Additionally, Todd has experience as an Assistant Baseball Coach, overseeing outfield training and practice planning while coordinating annual outdoor events. Formerly an Elementary School Counselor, Todd held leadership roles such as Vice President of the Wisconsin School Counselor Association and coordinator of the Wisconsin School Counseling Program Accountability Report. In conjunction with youth baseball activities, Todd developed 11U and 12U traveling teams and coached 7th and 8th grade teams. Academic qualifications include an Educational Administration degree from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
