Cscs Zach Erickson Ms

Zach Erickson MS, CSCS has a diverse range of work experience in the health and wellness industry. Zach began their career at the Mankato Family YMCA in 2015, starting as a Wellness Coach and later transitioning to the role of Personal Training Director. In June 2020, they were promoted to Wellness Director at the YMCA. In 2020, Zach also established their own business called Erickson Aesthetics Coaching where they serve as the Owner. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato from August 2018 to June 2020. Zach has a Master's degree and holds a CSCS certification.

Zach Erickson received their Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same university. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) which was obtained from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in April 2019.
