Omar Osman

Omar Osman is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Front Desk representative at Mankato Family YMCA since January 2023, Omar greets visitors, handles calls, and assists with membership issues. Prior experience as a Director at Skyhawks Sports Minnesota involved teaching life skills through sports. Omar has also supported clients in a personal support role at Sevita, focusing on creative problem-solving and assistance in daily activities. Previous positions include working as a Flex Worker at Hyvee Grocery and a Retail Sales Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc., where Omar honed skills in customer service and product management. Omar is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management at Minnesota State University, Mankato, expected to graduate in May 2024.
