Joel Kopischke

Joel Kopischke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, project management, and performing arts. Currently serving as Leadership & Project Support at seven roots since September 2018, Joel specializes in team-building and cooperative governance. With a long-standing role as an Incorrigible Jester at OPAL Productions since 1973, Joel excels in voiceovers and live performances. As a Certified Facilitator at Mankind Project since 1999, Joel has contributed significantly to men's leadership programs. Previously, Joel served on the Board of Directors for Cooperative Performance and as an advisor for ProLocalis, focusing on local producers' visibility. With extensive experience as a Co-op Board Leadership Development Consultant at CDS Consulting Co-op and leadership roles at Outpost Natural Foods Cooperative, Joel has demonstrated a commitment to cooperative principles. Joel holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Theatre, Music, and German from Carroll University.
