Neil Witkes

Neil Witkes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental, energy, and land use law. As a Partner at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP since February 1992, Neil has specialized in regulatory compliance, transactional, and litigation services. Prior to this role, Neil served as a Partner at Wolf Block from 1982 to 1992. Neil holds a JD in Law from Boston University School of Law (1979-1982) and dual BA degrees in Economics from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania (1975-1979).
