Stephen R. Franks

Stephen R. Franks is a Senior Attorney at Manley Deas Kochalski. Stephen has extensive experience in bankruptcy law, having worked as a bankruptcy attorney for Weltman, Weinberg & Reis from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they became Assistant Vice President and Assistant Counsel for FirstMerit Bank (now part of Huntington National Bank). In addition to their work as an attorney, Stephen has also served as a Board Member for Taleris Credit Union and as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Lyndhurst.
