Catherine M. Cahill

President & CEO at Mann Center for the Performing Arts

Catherine Cahill is the current President and CEO of the Mann Center for the Performing Arts. Catherine has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Brooklyn Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and as the Executive Director and General Manager of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic.

Cahill has been responsible for long-range planning and oversight of day-to-day affairs for all three organizations, including artistic, fundraising, marketing, finance and education and community engagement activities. Catherine has also implemented comprehensive strategic planning processes involving Board members, Music Directors, musicians, community leaders and administrative staff, with a focus on financial and artistic development, governance and community engagement.

In their role as President and CEO of the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, Cahill oversees all aspects of the organization, from programming and marketing to finance and administration. Under their leadership, the Mann Center has become one of the premier performing arts organizations in Philadelphia, presenting a wide range of musical performances each year.

Catherine M. Cahill holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration/Arts Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Music in Performance - Cello from Temple University.
