Daniel Hayes

Daniel Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as the Business Analysis Manager at Mann Island Finance Ltd since January 2018, Daniel functions as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for the internal Software Development Team, focusing on backlog refinement, requirements definition, data analysis, and process modeling. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Chairman/Secretary of the Southport FC Former Players Association from January 2019 to May 2023. Daniel's previous tenure at Paymentshield included multiple roles, culminating in lead analyst responsibilities on a successful pilot Agile project, mentoring and leading teams to enhance account relationships through technical integration. Daniel began a career in sports management with Southport Football Club, expanding from customer service roles to press office responsibilities, while also developing the club's official website. Daniel holds a B.A. (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies from Edge Hill University College.
