Edward Bolton

Edward Bolton is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Mann Lake Bee & Ag Supply. Prior to this role, Bolton held the position of VP/Director of Human Resources at KENDELL, where significant initiatives included the implementation of a new HRIS system and the development of internal communication strategies. Previous roles included Head of Human Resources for the Aqseptence Group, where Bolton successfully led HR strategy across multiple regions, and Vice President of Human Resources positions at Proto Labs and Omni Re-Manufacturing, focusing on cultural initiatives and significant reductions in turnover and recruitment costs. Bolton also has a background in education as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, teaching courses in employment compliance and corporate benefits. Bolton holds an MBA from Regis University and a BS in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
