Kandace Smith

Kandace Smith is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Mann Mortgage since September 2022, Kandace has a significant background in leadership and project coordination, evident from the role of Project Coordinator/Scheduler at First Response Security and as a Field Supervisor at RTR Services. As an Independent Beachbody Coach since July 2017, Kandace has achieved the rank of Diamond Coach, demonstrating expertise in client engagement and team motivation. Previous roles include financial advisory support at Northwest Financial & Tax Solutions, retail management at Vans, accounts payable analysis for the City of Bristol TN, and facilities management with LogistiCare. Kandace began a military career as an Airfield Management Specialist with the Air Force Space Command from December 2009 to April 2014.
