Manna Church
James Lewis is an accomplished Executive Pastor and Chief of Staff at Manna Church, where leadership and strategic expansion of new congregations near major military bases are prioritized. With a robust background in military operations, James served in various roles within the US Army, including Site Pastor at Fort Bragg and Chief of G3 Aviation for the 2d Infantry Division in South Korea. James has held positions such as Professor of Military Science at Morgan State University and Strategic Planner for the XVIII Airborne Corps, contributing extensively to planning and executing national-level operations. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty University, an MMAS from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies, and an MBA from Liberty University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Manna Church has been serving military communities for over 40 years and is strategically planting expressions of Manna Church along the Military Highway. We believe that the Church exists wherever God’s people gather. An expression of Manna Church could meet in its own designated building, a local school or gym, a home, or even online.
