Thomas Vejlgaard

Thomas Vejlgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational development, and talent management. Currently a Board Member at Acceleroo and Core Partner at Lorensbergs, Thomas also plays a vital role as a Partner at More Selling and an Associate at Mannaz I Consulting & Learning. As Head of Talent and Mentor for the Dansk Boldspil-Union and an independent consultant through Vejlgaard Advize since 2003, Thomas focuses on strategic and commercial development, coaching, and facilitation. Previous roles include Global Head of Learning at Alfa Laval and various board positions, including at ROI Consulting A/S. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behaviour from Copenhagen Business School and certifications in executive coaching.
