Richard F. Bertz

Richard F. Bertz, PE, PS, is a retired CEO Emeritus of The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc., where a successful career spanned over three decades, beginning as CEO and President, focusing on corporate business, marketing, and growth strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Deputy Engineer for Henry County in Ohio, where responsibilities included leading bridge design and construction engineering, developing in-house bridge component manufacturing, and conducting annual inspections of over 400 bridges. Richard obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
