Bethany Ball

Bethany Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Manning & Napier since September 2014. In this role, Bethany plays a vital part in the talent management process, executes employee morale initiatives, and develops HR policies. Previous positions include Human Resources Generalist and Administrative Assistant in Recruiting & HR, where responsibilities encompassed employee onboarding and recruiting support.
