Philip Pifer

Philip Pifer has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various industries, including manufacturing, finance, and consumer goods. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Mannington Mills, Inc., Philip chairs the Strategy Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. As the former CEO and Principal of Firefly Advisors LLC, Philip provided consulting services to startups in sectors such as renewable energy and healthcare. Previous positions include senior leadership roles at TireVan, Trex, Goldman Sachs, PepsiCo-Frito Lay, and McKinsey & Company, demonstrating a strong background in strategic planning, marketing, and operations. Philip holds an MBA in General Business Management from Harvard Business School and a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
