Randy Smith

Randy Smith is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the flooring industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Mannington Mills, Inc. since November 2020, Randy previously held the role of Corporate Engineering Manager at the same company. Randy's long tenure at Milliken & Company spanned from 1989 to 2014, during which Randy advanced through various positions including Plant Manager at the Kex II and Duncan Stewart Plants, Process Improvement Manager at the Valway Plant, Project Manager, Engineering Services Manager, and Instrumentation Engineer at the Elm City Plant. Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
