Karen Matera

Karen Matera is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Accountant at MannKind Corporation since 2014, Karen is responsible for the month-end close and the preparation of accurate US financial statements. Prior to this role, Karen worked at Immucor Transplant Diagnostics, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where the supervision of staff and comprehensive involvement in accounting operations were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions at Zotos International and Remington as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant, respectively. Karen holds an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
