Shalin Shah

Shalin Shah is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineer III at MannKind Corporation since June 2021. In addition, Shalin is the Founder of Character Arc, an organization dedicated to enhancing character and life skills among college students through various support initiatives for higher education institutions. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Member at GrowMore Capital, Senior Packaging Engineer at Campbell Soup Company, and Package Engineering Contractor at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where Shalin contributed to significant financial gains through innovative packaging designs. Additional expertise includes leadership in manufacturing at Strides Arcolab Limited and supervisory roles at Guardian Drug Company. Shalin holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, complemented by a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
