Shruti Grover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and innovation. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of MannyAI since June 2023, Grover focuses on optimizing production planning for fashion brands to align supply with demand. Prior to this role, Grover was the Director at Hetco Design, leading research initiatives in health technology. With previous positions including Design Research Specialist at Proteus Digital Health, Design Researcher at Stannah, and Research Associate at the Helen Hamlyn Center for Design, Grover emphasizes human-centered design and data analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Master of Arts in Innovation Design Engineering from Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, alongside a BBA in Strategy from Amity Business School.
