Eleanor Rosa Pinugu

Eleanor Rosa Pinugu serves as an Opinion Columnist for the Philippine Daily Inquirer since March 2023 and co-founded Eleanor Rosa Talks Asia in January 2020, where Eleanor Rosa currently holds the position of CEO, focusing on empowering community discussions about women's roles. As the Founder and Executive Director of Mano Amiga Philippines since May 2008, Eleanor drives initiatives aimed at improving educational opportunities for Filipino youth. Additionally, Eleanor was the Lead Education Expert at Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC Schools) from October 2012 to June 2017, contributing to accessible quality education. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at EON The Stakeholder Relations Group. Eleanor holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Value Chains from the University of Cambridge and a degree from Ateneo de Manila University.
