Harrie van der Lubbe

Harrie van der Lubbe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Harrie is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Manometric since 2022, where they are responsible for building software and data warehouse connecting clients, partners, production, R&D, finance, and sales.

Prior to that, Harrie worked as a Partner & CTO at Mindd from 2016, where they contributed to creating concepts, campaigns, digital platforms, apps, sites, and events. Harrie also played a crucial role in researching, building, selling, and hiring help for technical aspects such as digital platforms, apps, websites, and API integrations.

Harrie also founded two companies: Calltheone.com in 2019, a startup providing experts in a wide range of skills, and PT Pilih Pintar from 2014 to 2018, a credit card comparison fin-tech startup for the Indonesian market where they were responsible for the tech-stack.

Furthermore, Harrie founded PT Gaze in 2012, a creative agency specializing in digital communication, which later merged with Mindd. Harrie built the company from scratch and led a team of 20+ people working for international and national clients.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Harrie worked at Quince, an international full-service advertising agency from 2002 to 2012. Harrie held various roles, including Senior Executive & Programmer and Leader of the Interactive Team. Harrie was responsible for leading the interactive department, managing projects from concept to execution, debugging, research and innovation, and coaching.

Additionally, Harrie served as the Marketing Communication Manager at the Dutch Adobe User Group from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they handled the marketing and communications of the user group during its rapid growth, organizing events for large numbers of attendees.

Before entering the professional world, Harrie worked as a Full-stack Developer at Development Suite from 1999 to 2002.

Harrie van der Lubbe completed their Msc degree in Artificial Intelligence from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued their Gymnasium degree with a focus on Grammar school including Latin and Greek. Before their time at the gymnasium, they attended Koorschool from 1987 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In addition to their formal education, Harrie obtained certifications in Matrix Coaching from Wassili Coaching, Training & org development in 2012 and 1* SCUBA Instructor from CMAS - World Underwater Federation in January 2010.
