Declan Prunty

Declan Prunty possesses extensive experience in engineering project management, currently serving as Group Engineering Project Manager at Manor Farm since August 2016. Prior roles include Project Manager at SF Engineering for a brief period in early 2016, and Engineering Manager at Liffey Meats Ltd. from May to November 2015. Declan also held positions at Kepak Group, starting as Engineering Manager from January 1992 to March 2000, before advancing to Group Engineering Project Manager from September 2000 until March 2015. Academic qualifications include advanced training and degrees in Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Engineering Technology from Technological University Dublin and Munster Technological University, as well as foundational education at St Macartans College Monaghan.
