Paddy Carroll

Paddy Carroll currently serves as the CFO at Manor Farm since February 2025. Prior to this role, Paddy held multiple key positions at Ornua, including CFO of Ornua Deutschland, CFO of Ornua Ingredients North America, and Finance Director of Ornua Ingredients Ireland from July 2016 to February 2025. Additionally, Paddy was the Group Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management at Ornua. From January 2013 to May 2019, Paddy worked as a part-time ACCA lecturer at Griffith College Limerick, and previously served as a Risk Advisory Manager and Senior at Deloitte Ireland from July 2011 to June 2016. Paddy began the career as a Financial Accountant at Acorn Life Limited from September 2006 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include an ACCA degree from 2007 to 2011, a PGCE in Business and Economics Education from the University of Staffordshire in 2005-2006, and certification from Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
