Helen Reeves have worked in senior HR roles in the mainly public sector and charity organisations including the National Gallery and Terrence Higgins Trust. Helen previous role was at the Electoral Commission which is an independent organisation that regulates the finances of political parties and encourages people to vote in elections. Helen enjoy working for organisations that have a positive impact on people’s lives and her experience has focused on enabling and supporting others to deliver their best in order to meet the aims of the organisation.
Helen's work has covered all aspects of HR including strategy, organisational design and change, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, engagement, reward and staff well-being. Helen have provided advice to managers and staff on complex staffing issues and she have managed some major projects.
Her role at the school is to provide strategic leadership on all matters relating to the school’s workforce and support the school’s aims of becoming a Centre of Excellence and an Employer of Choice.
