Andrew Bird

Andrew Bird has over 25 years of experience in electrical and generator engineering. Currently serving as Lead Offshore Generator Technician and Operations Manager at Manor Renewable Energy Ltd since February 2017, Andrew has a robust background that includes roles as Offshore Generator Technician and Operations Manager with the same company. Prior experience includes a position as UPS/Generator Engineer at Central Power Services Ltd from June 2008 to February 2017, focusing on installation and repair of UPS systems and generators. Earlier roles include Service Engineer at LCH Generators and various positions at Hember Plant Hire, starting as an Apprentice. Andrew holds a degree in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations from St Helens College and has completed additional training courses, including City and Guilds 2392 Test and Inspection.
