Arild Wenneck Askeland currently serves as a Rådgiver at ManpowerGroup Norway since January 2024, while also holding a similar position at Manpower Norway since February 2023. In addition to these roles, Arild has been involved with Yes Treningssenter since June 2015 as an instructor, receptionist, and coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as Daglig leder at Jernia Horneland from May 2021 to February 2023, and working as a Kundekonsulent at Manpower Norge from June 2017 to July 2021. Arild's early career featured roles in retail sales at Jernia Arne Horneland and Felleskjøpet Rogaland Agder. Arild holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2016, and additional educational experiences at SAFE Education and the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. High school education was completed at Skeisvang Videregående Skole in 2012.
