Cathinka Stenersen Mathiesen has over a decade of experience in the healthcare and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as a Rekrutterer og personalkonsulent at Manpower Norway since March 2013, Cathinka specializes in providing flexible job opportunities for healthcare personnel across both private and public sectors. Prior experience includes working as a Sykepleier at Radiumhospitalet from July 2007 to June 2013, where responsibilities encompassed providing nursing care and support to cancer patients undergoing treatment. Cathinka also held the position of Serviceleder at Elixia Sjølyst from June 2005 to June 2007, leading service operations and managing recruitment and personnel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Oslo and Akershus University College and a year of studies in Macroeconomics from Norges Markedsførings Høgskole.
