Lyndy van den Barselaar ACMA

Lyndy van den Barselaar ACMA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lyndy began their career as the General Manager of Finance for multiple brands within the Kelly Group of Companies from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined PAG as the General Manager of Financial Recruitment, overseeing operations across all branches. Lyndy then moved to Kelly Group, where they served as the Managing Executive of Payroll from 2006 to 2011, managing a team of 45 staff members. Since 2011, Lyndy has been the Managing Director of ManpowerGroup South Africa, responsible for developing and implementing the company strategy and leading a senior management team.

Lyndy van den Barselaar ACMA has an extensive education history. Lyndy obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1988. Prior to that, they completed their Matric Grade at Krugersdorp High School from 1983 to 1985.

In 2010, Lyndy pursued further education at the School of Management Accounting, where they obtained a CIMA qualification in Management Accounting in 2012. Continuing to expand their knowledge and skills, they completed an Executive and Management Coaching Certificate at the University of Cape Town in 2019.

Alongside their formal education, Lyndy van den Barselaar has also obtained various certifications. Lyndy completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford in July 2022. In March 2021, they obtained the APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation certification from APMP International. Furthermore, they acquired the following certifications from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants: 2019 Digital Mindset certificate in January 2020, Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Finance and Accounting Professionals certificate in October 2019, and Data Analysis Fundamentals certificate in February 2019.
