Simon Matthews

Simon Matthews has extensive work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Simon started their career at TPS Unimecs as a Manager from 1990 to 1992. Simon then joined Manpower Thailand in 1998 as a Country Manager, where they were responsible for the set-up and growth of the branch. During their tenure, they achieved annual sales and profitability growth targets, developed business opportunities, and managed a large team. In 2012, they took on the role of Regional Manager for Thailand, Vietnam, and the Middle East at ManpowerGroup. Simon later became the Regional Manager for Southeast Asia in 2023. Throughout their career, Simon has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in the staffing industry.

Simon Matthews attended Stanborough from 1969 to 1975, Welwyn Garden City from 1974 to 1977, and the University of Hertfordshire from 1977 to 1980. Simon obtained a degree in Electronics from the University of Hertfordshire.
