Loan Cao

Loan Cao is an experienced Operations Manager and Head of Business Unit at ManpowerGroup Vietnam, where Loan has worked since March 2011, overseeing staffing outsourcing and HR solutions. With a significant tenure in the industry, Loan has contributed to the growth of ManpowerGroup, the largest global staffing company in Vietnam. Previous positions include Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant in Outsourcing, along with a role as Rewards Specialist at sanofi-aventis. Before ManpowerGroup, Loan gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Executive at HR2B/Talent Recruitment JSC. Loan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from HCMc University of Social Sciences & Humanities and a degree from HCMc University of Pedagogy.
