Bonnie Matson

Bonnie Matson is an experienced payroll and operations professional with a successful career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Shared Services Payroll Director at ManpowerGroup since July 1997, Bonnie has demonstrated a stellar record of enhancing effectiveness and efficiency through expert leadership of payroll operations for over 60,000 employees across multi-state and multi-location settings. Prior to this role, Bonnie worked at JCPenney from July 1985 to July 1997, where responsibilities included driving operational excellence in sales support and services as a Service Center Operations Manager and leading teams in various departments such as accounting and customer service. Educational achievements include studies at Indiana University Bloomington and Purdue University, as well as attendance at Benton Central Jr-Sr High School.
