Brad Bolyard

Brad Bolyard is a seasoned professional in talent management and operations with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Corporate Talent Management at ManpowerGroup since January 2023, Brad previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at J.R. Boehlke, Inc. for nearly five years. Prior experience at Fiserv included roles as Senior Consultant in Enterprise Talent Management and Human Resources Analyst, where Brad contributed to the management of performance processes for over 23,000 associates and led several key HR initiatives. Brad's career began in the US Army as an Assistant Battlefield Operations Sergeant, where financial guidance and career development were provided to over 800 soldiers. Educationally, Brad holds an MBA in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BBA in Finance from Lubar College of Business.
