Notably, Lara served as an HR Business Partner at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions EMEA and Deutsche Telekom, as well as holding positions at ICE and Taboola. In 2023, Lara assumed the role of Group HR Director at Lyca Group and currently works as a People and Culture Business Partner in Global Technology at ManpowerGroup. Lara's educational background includes a PgCert in Psychology of Organisational Development and Change from Henley Business School, an MSc in International Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a BA in Philosophy from Istanbul University.
