Libby Sartain

Libby Sartain is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in board governance and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for AARP Foundation and holding non-executive director positions at AARP and ManpowerGroup, Sartain has demonstrated a commitment to monitoring organizational performance and ensuring fiscal health. As the principal of Libby Sartain LLC, responsibilities include independent director roles, consulting, and public speaking. Past leadership roles include Immediate Past Chairperson of the SHRM Foundation and co-owner of Maxine's Cafe and Catering. Sartain's advisory experience spans multiple companies, including Grand Rounds, Inc. and Shutterfly, Inc., complemented by a solid educational background with an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
