Ajanae Howard

Ajanae Howard, AA CSM, is an experienced Scrum Master currently at MansaTek since February 2018, where successful guidance of Scrum teams has resulted in a 7% increase in sprint velocity. Responsibilities include facilitating scrum events for multiple cross-functional teams, mentoring the Product Owner, and utilizing Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Prior experience includes serving as a Scrum Master at IM Academy from January 2016 to December 2018, promoting continuous improvement and enhancing productivity, and working as a Business Development Coordinator at Huffines Hyundai Plano, Inc., from January 2015 to January 2016, where Ajanae managed lead activity and staff training. Ajanae holds an Associate of Arts degree from Trinity Valley Community College.
