Jasmine Bates

Jasmine Bates, CSM, BA, is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in facilitating agile project management practices across multiple organizations. Currently at MansaTek since June 2020, Jasmine arranges and facilitates meetings with external stakeholders, conducts coaching sessions with development teams, and utilizes Jira and Confluence to monitor team progress. Previously, at Vertuous Athletic® and Landmark Development Group, Jasmine focused on stakeholder engagement, effective team collaboration, and the implementation of agile best practices to enhance project delivery and productivity. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
