Molly Minczeski

Molly Minczeski is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading recruitment initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand at MANSCAPED since January 2021, Molly has successfully established a high-performing recruitment team and developed strategic partnerships with leadership to align hiring plans with organizational goals. Previously, Molly held multiple roles at MANSCAPED, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where significant contributions were made to build out the internal talent acquisition function. Prior experience includes positions at Ntrepid LLC as Talent Acquisition Manager and roles at Lytx Inc. and Robert Half Technology, focusing on full cycle recruitment and technical recruiting. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Buffalo State University.
