Shadiya Shao

Shadiya Shao is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Professional at MANSCAPED since July 2024, Shadiya previously held the position of Director of Product Sourcing and Supply Chain at Newegg from November 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included private label product sourcing and supply chain management. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Supply Chain at Twin-Star International, overseeing merchandise, logistics, and vendor strategy, and as Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain at BOND MANUFACTURING CO., focusing on end-to-end supply chain management and process improvement. Earlier roles at Best Buy and Wistron encompassed supply chain operations, business and financial analysis, and account management.
