Julia Rashba-Step

Julia Rashba-Step is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as VP of Product Development and Alliance Management at Xheme since August 2023 and as Director of the Mentoring Program at Mansfield Bio-Incubator. Julia also operates as Principal at JR BioPharmaConsulting and previously held the role of VP of Research & Development and Alliance Management at Phosphorex from July 2017 to August 2023, focusing on specialized pharmaceutical products. Significant experience includes leadership positions at Pfizer and Wyeth BioPharma, where responsibilities encompassed CMC due diligence and novel drug delivery technologies. Julia holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Academy of Sciences and two degrees (B.S. and M.S.) in Chemistry from the Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies.
