Taylor Grimes is a seasoned professional in community services with a strong background in outreach and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Community Services Program Officer for the State of Vermont since October 2023, Taylor previously held multiple roles at CVOEO, including Homeless Outreach Services Coordinator and Hotel Housing Advocate, from September 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Howard Center from August 2018 to September 2020 and Lead Service Coordinator at Mountain Valley Developmental Services from May 2016 to August 2018. Taylor is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree at the University of Vermont, expected to be completed in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Oklahoma State University, earned in 2015.
Mansfield Hall
Mansfield Hall supports young adults attending college and transitioning to independence. We are a comprehensive residential program that is individualized and flexible based on student needs. We serve students who have learning disabilities, mild autism, Asperger’s syndrome, nonverbal learning disabilities, ADHD, executive functioning impairments, or other students with unique characteristics that may pose challenges in the transition to college life. We are much more than just a college support program. Our goal is to provide necessary skills training in all areas of adaptive functioning so our students can flourish academically, socially, vocationally, and emotionally. While learning at the local colleges, living in a supported and integrated environment, giving to others, and engaging in the community, we believe that our students will be better prepared for, and more successful in, today’s world. Our residences are located in the Burlington, Vermont, Madison, Wisconsin, and Eugene, Oregon, where there are many options for engaging in school and life beyond the classroom.
